I have been taking my rescue baby here since we first ever got her groomed!

I was super nervous on finding a groomer since when we rescued her, she was in pretty bad shape and I had become a nervous, overprotective fur mom that wanted to make sure she wouldn't be scared or feel anxious and from the moment I called them and expressed my concerns, they were so sweet and assured me that "the baby will be just fine!"

When I dropped her off, the lady met me right by the front door and immediately got down to my dog's eye level and introduced herself very softly and gently and my dog immediately loved her!

I felt so much better at that moment!

When I went to pick her up, she looked AMAZING! The cut was perfect, she smelled amazing, the cutest bows in her hair, affordable price for all they did on her, and she didn't want to leave!

That was 2 years ago and now, everytime we get in the door, my dog is so excited and immediately wants to run in the back. LOL.

I have suggested this place to all my friends with pets because I know that they are truly caring of our babies when we leave them in their care.

Have been taking my dog there for over 2-years now. We tried SEVERAL different Groomers before we found Dog City, and they are by far the best! This can be one of the more stressful decisions someone can make, I know I've heard too many nightmare stories about people sending their dog/cat to a terrible groomer and how bad of an experience it was. We luckily do NOT have to worry about that anymore. We moved to Delray Beach and still take our dog out to Dog City. Very very highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to take their pet

This place is amazing! From the moment I walked in with her until the moment I picked her up, the experience was 5 star!
Due to the nature of her job and the extensiveness of her training; my dog can be a bit difficult, to say the least!

My first time here after my neighbor referred me. My little Papplion was a rescue and only groomed 7 months ago after getting him from the pound. I was expecting him to be a little scared. But he wasn't. The groomer gentleman was able to hold him [14 lbs] while I filled out paperwork and put him at ease. He did a beautiful job on him and he was wagging his tail and happy when I picked him up and it was only 2 hrs later. My first time and will be many More! Very caring people and excelled grooming.

This man and woman are sweethearts! The first time I bought Daisy in was on a Groupon. They did a great puppy cut.

I live in Coral Springs though so the next time, I went somewhere more local to me. The haircut wasn't as great and she was there all afternoon, I couldn't get anything substantial done because I wasn't sure when I'd get the call to pick her up. The front desk of this large place also just checked her in and bought my pup back, no real conversation. People want to feel special and important when they utilize a service.

I went back to Dog City and they gave me an approximate time she'd be ready. Both times she had the cutest little bows on her ears and was a happy girl when she saw me. They both took the time to talk to me and found out what I was looking for. They told me if I'm late picking her up, it was no big deal.

This location is close to the beach, so I always head there while waiting for her. It's such a treat. My only complaint is she doesn't get a handkerchief BUT it does always come off and I end up throwing it out anyway lol

Just so you're aware, the place doesn't have a sign near the roof but the window is labeled. It's also in a strip mall but tucked away near the back so it's easy to miss but worth it to find.

I have two Havanese ( a six and a four year old), and have been going to Akira, since my first was a baby. She is six now, and both of mine always look amazing. He and his wife are kind, wonderful and gentle souls, and I wouldn't ever take them to anyone else.

They did an amazing job on my elderly Maltese poodle! The staff there was super nice, they got him done quickly, and his cut is perfect. They also brushed his teeth (for a very small charge). I highly recommend bringing your dog there!!
